Shipping, Refund Policy & Terms
Our jewelry is made to order and usually ships within 4-6 weeks or less. Jewelry sales are FINAL. If you require expedited shipping please contact us before placing your order and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Domestic and international orders ship through Fedex or USPS Priority Mail and include tracking and insurance.
International customers are responsible for any duties or tax fees that may apply.
If you need an item rushed, please reach out to us email@example.com. We are happy to try to make accommodations for shorter time frames.
We cannot be responsible for lost or stolen packages after the mail carrier has logged packages as delivered.
Our jewelry is non-refundable as our pieces are custom made to order.
Please ask any questions prior to placing your order; once an item goes into production it is non-refundable,
No two stones are alike; each piece is unique. Feel free to contact us about particular stone variations and preferences.
Each piece is hand-made in Los Angeles and may vary slightly. If an item is defective we will be happy to exchange or repair it as we see fit.
All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
We do not offer returns or exchanges on international orders.

We’re happy to resize rings or repair jewelry for a fee (plus shipping costs). Rings can usually be resized up or down one full size once inlayed. Please email us email@example.com
